Establishing cost-efficient, flexible, and responsive global supply chains, that add value whilst giving back to local communities, are key drivers for Bharat.

Graham has held senior board positions in several major global companies. He has a background in sourcing, logistics, e-commerce and supply chain covering a wide geographical spread.

Recent work has been with private equity clients on a range of topics. Based in the UK he has lived and worked across Europe, Asia and Africa.

Neil has spent over 25 years designing and implementing technical solutions to supply chain problems for multinationals in many countries across Europe and Asia.

With 9 languages under his belt, he enjoys working with multi-cultural teams. A self-confessed ‘Data Geek’, Neil is passionate about using data to provide insights which transform businesses.

Orkun has worked in the fashion business for more than 26 years, with both sourcing and production experience. He graduated from UMIST with a BSc in Clothing, Engineering & Management and has a MBA from the Sorbonne.

Orkun specialises in quality management, auditor certification and supplier self-approval programs; for which he was a lead at Nike and headed regionally for M&S.

Gülseren has over 30 years of experience in quality assurance for world-leading brands and retailers such as Nike, M&S, George, Anthropology, Esprit, Champion, Superdry and Boden to name a few.

Her experience covers the full spectrum of Technical QA activities from vendor auditing to quality management and includes the implementation of auditor certification programs for Nike and M&S.

Andrew has worked in Finance for over 20 years in Europe and Asia. He has set up and managed businesses across the world and his experience includes tax structuring, due-diligence as well as building funding packages.

A fellow of the ACCA, Andrew brings compliance, reporting and transactional support to Two Eight One.

Pankaj has over 25 years of experience sourcing a wide range of product categories from across the India region and has worked for Office Depot, Reliance Retail, Michael Aram, Lines and Mila.

Pankaj focuses on supplier manufacturing processes as well as supply chain management and he has a MBA from Vinayaka University.

Chris is an international process improvement executive with over 25 years of extensive global operational experience across diverse industries and products improving bottom-line performance through his focus on quality, process and corporate social responsibility.

A Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Chris holds a BS in Science from Oregon State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon.

Bulent’s expertise is in ethical and sustainable value chain development.

He has helped international clients manage their global sourcing for over 30 years, teaches Apparel Merchandising and Global Sourcing at the Istanbul Technical University and is the Ambassador of Purchasing Practices in the "Industry We Want” initiative.
